Welcome to PhillyDesigns, a freelance graphic design company. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment: All invoices must be paid in full before the final design files are released to the client. We accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer. Late payments will be subject to a late fee of 5% per week.
Revisions: We allow for a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions for each project. Any additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
Copyright: The client shall have the exclusive right to use the final designs for the purpose specified in the project brief. However, PhillyDesigns reserves the right to use the designs for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Cancellation: The client may cancel the project at any time, but will be charged for any work completed up to that point at an hourly rate. PhillyDesigns reserves the right to cancel the project if the client violates any of these terms and conditions.
Confidentiality: PhillyDesigns shall keep confidential all information and materials provided by the client.
Liability: PhillyDesigns shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the final designs. The client shall indemnify PhillyDesigns against any claims arising from the use of the final designs.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties
